I'm doing it!

So I've finally kicked myself in the butt and I'm doing it. This week, I've shopped using the list for a week of meal plans and every day since, I've been following the plan. I'm seeing results on the scale and hope that this Friday's weigh in will show a significant drop.

I've gained 5 lbs since the holidays, and I know exactly why. Seeing it disappear this week just by following three days of meal plans give me confidence this is what I need to do.

I think over confidence/lax approaches to eating has kept my wheels spinning for such a long time. I'm looking forward and not back, which is really helping.

I can't wait for Friday!
