New Year....New Beginnings

Back in the saddle again. I wandered far from the Spark Path for the last few months and my scale reflects as much. Hopefully, I got it out of my system now. I'm back to tracking my caloric intake and trying to increase my activity. I've got things planned for rewards....as well as activities to shake up my routine. My husband has gotten serious about getting fit too, so that helps.
One article I read on SP was to set small goals of 10%. Then when you reach that, set another goal of 10%. As each 10% goal is set, the next 10% is actually smaller (based on new current weight). Tiny steps to keep me motivated for the long run!
and so...that is my goal. Lose 10% in the next 3 months. I'll do this by decreasing caloric intake and tracking my nutrition. And will do 30 min of fitness 5 days/week. I will also increase my water intake (I've gotten bad about that!)
