I heard it mentioned on one of the weightloss shows yesterday that its Very important to eat Breakfast within one hour of you waking up. I eat breakfast some days but it's normally around 10 am so I was way off track. It's worth a shot..

I heard that, too. I have been trying to eat within an hour for awhile now. It is not that hard for me now for several reasons. I take vitamins in the morning and I get a little sick if I don't eat breakfast. Also, I am trying to work out earlier and they say you should eat a little something before you do that. Now that I am trying to be at the gym at 6 am that means I have to eat early.

Yogurt and instant oatmeal are two things we can grab and eat while getting ready. Maybe completing it with a little fruit.

The scale will eventually move...be patient :)

I heard Jillian say that a while back so I made it a point to start trying to do it but it's hard. I eat breakfast everyday anyway but I'm usually not hungry within an hour plus I'm trying to get dressed and get out of the door.

Maybe I need to get items that I can eat while I'm getting ready.

I have eaten breakfast every day this week, by 8am and I feel so much better. Now if the scale would just celebrate with me. But babysteps, I didn't get this off track overnight and neither did you. I have been enjoying greek yogurt some mornings and instant oatmeal others. I have to make it convenient.
