Yay! I had a snow day and didn't have work today, so got in a good workout! Only problem is during the week! I can't seem to get myself to get in a morning workout and my afternoons are so busy! I got in one morning workout on Monday and felt GREAT the whole day, but tues- thurs. I couldn't get enough sleep and was dead in the morning and every night we had something planned.
I would love to have a morning workout routine, but I can't seem to fall asleep early or I wake up all night....
Does anyone have a good sleep/ morning routine they'd like to share?
