Winter Storm

Hunkering down and waiting for the snow storm to hit. Missed the
last one over Christmas as we were in Hawaii for an extended Christmas
vacation.

Have soup in the freezer and fresh veggies in the frigde.

Getting back on track after our vacation. Gained 7 pounds and have
lost 4 since we've been home. Long ways to go yet to my ultimate goal.

    Stay warm. Bet it was hard to come back from Hawaii knowing the cold was waiting fo you. I left the cold with temp -10 range and have just arived in south TX. and a temp of 80 degrees today. I too, will have a difficult time returning to the cold. Good going with the weight loss. Keep it going!!
