And I'm still here to talk about it!

This was a rather strange day-- It started out different-- I rolled outta bed, early, did some Spark, then headed for the kitchen to take my synthroid pill (thyroid)----but, instead, took the German Shepherd's medicine for her seizures-(phenobarbitol)---By the time I discovered what I had done, the wrong medicine was inside me--swollowed---- Oh well, I thought, what can one do?---- And incidentally, it didn't hurt me --just reminded me that I must be more careful in the early dark mornings--
Later on, I was outside, shovelling my path to the frozen lake , with the German Shepherds playing near me, and low and behold, an elk (this is an Elk restoration area)-was standing in the bush very close to me. Well, it didn't take long and the 2 Shepherds were after them, with me following behind, jumping over old dead trees and up to my knees in snow---Eventually they came back home, pretty much on their own.-
And later on , while driving back from town, I was pulled over by a Police officer--- It turned out to be my son--Ha Ha--who had purchased some vitamins online for me, and hadn't had time to deliver them to my house--- Thank goodness it was my police officer son--- #3 son!-
But, in spite of the day being a bit crazy, I did manage to journal, get onto the treadmill, shovell snow and chase 2 large dogs through the bush. And I'm here to talk about it!

Great blog!! And, very interesting day, young lady. DO be careful with the meds. I know how weird it is to take meds in the night. I learned early on with this surgery to write down every pill time, because I would lose track...did I or didn't I take my pills?? Didn't want to get too crazy with hydrcodone. : / Glad you're all getting your exercise, especially, Coal. :) cya tomorrow! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Glad that you made it through a scary day !!! That may have helped you lose so right there.
What a way to lose !!!!
I suggest that you separate you medication and the Shepard's UNLESS you want to start barking and wagging your tail. LOL
    Love you friend.

What a crazy day Lynda!! Glad that you are okay from the medication switch. Sounds awesome - seeing the Elk, not to mention chasing the dogs! Good thing you weren't speeding home, but I guess with a policeman for a son, it wouldn't be so bad!

Glad to hear that you even managed to get on the treadmill on top of all that! WOW
