Sit and Be Fit

Tried it and liked it, I can do this, just thought it was for old persons, then realized that to a 20 year old, I am an old person, but to a 60 year old I'm not yet, but I kind of know that I am. So day one of sit and be fit. doing it is better than nothing, hope I can keep it up.

    I taped a month of these tapes for my sister to use but I never used them my self. They were good to watch.
