I'm only 12 days late. :-) I started the new year out on a new team for the Biggest Loser Challenge. I'm a Forest Green Pixie. Don't let the cute name fool you - we are some tough competitors! So I have lots of goals set for the next 10 weeks or so. I need to get back to journaling/blogging.

J - today was decent. My baby boy kept waking up through the night, so I was really tired when my alarm went off at 4:45. I finally made it to the gym around 5:50. I thought I would be super tired and suffer at work, but I was busy enough where I didn't get sleepy at all. I tried to go pick up some library books that I have on hold and it was closed. Ugh. I need something new to read on the train. OH well, I'd better get a couple more magazines that I have piled up.

E - what a day of exercise! I did 30 minutes of walking inclines on the treadmill this morning. Felt GREAT. Then I went to Zumba after work. Tons of fun and felt my heart racing. Then I did the Pixie TNT challenge, which stands for Tone -n- Tighten. That wore me out. I should sleep really well tonight.

M - I went over my calories by almost 300. I didn't stick to my plan that I came up with this morning and kept nibbling on candy throughout the day. I need to watch that better. Otherwise, my eating wasn't that bad.

S - I stuck to my exercise plan for the day, even when I was tired. Yaaay me!
