Are you wondering why the title is being questioned? After 8 long months of counting measuring food. Drinking water to what I thought was an excess. Walking , low speed jogging, kick boxing, jumping jacks(modified) push-ups (modified).

I have loss 25 pounds. I reached 10 %

Will this continue I hope and pray so.
