Oh junk food, how I hate thee

J - I was beyond tired today. I was up at 2:30a with a crying baby and another emerging tooth. I will assume this is what has him waking up several times a night even though he'd been sleeping 11-12 hours straight for several months now. So I just felt out of it all day. I thought I had my "appetite" under control, but I made some very bad choices.
E - Since I was up, I actually got to the gym pretty early this morning and did 50 minutes on the elliptical. I would've stopped at 30 or even 45, but I had to burn at least 500 calories to get that extra point for a Biggest Loser challenge. Got it. Whoo hoo!
M - But I didn't get the 5 points for staying in my calorie range. Blah. They put a new cupcake store right on my path thru the train station near my job. They were so big and pretty. I had to get one. ANd guess what? It wasn't that good. I'm glad I got that over with. I won't want another one. Plus it was $4!!! ROBBERY.
S - I had a great workout this morning. I love getting it done first thing so I don't have to worry about it for the rest of the day.
