Hugs and thank-you's!

Saturday, January 15, 2011

This has been an unusual and challenging week for me, but every day I've received encouragement from this community, so THANK YOU MY SPARK FRIENDS!!

I know there are many people, including many Spark People, who daily face challenges greater than what I'm going through right now. This makes me even more thankful for the general health and well-being that I do have. And that is one of the lessons I'm learning through all of this.

This weekend my plan is to get in some good cardio walking (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) , to stay within my weight-loss calorie range, and to drink ten glasses of water each day (in addition to anything else I drink, such as coffee.)

Tuesday morning I'm scheduled for surgical repair of my forearm/wrist. I'll re-evaluate my plan again after that. For now, baby steps.

Wishing all my Spark friends a healthy, on-track weekend!
