Well, it's been about 2 full weeks of eating decently and I am starting feel like I am in control again. I don't feel hungry all the time. I feel full when I am finished a meal. It is a true milestone! I have been eating a few more calories than what Sparkpeople is suggesting I eat but I am also burning way more calories than what Sparkpeople recommends so it evens out. I lost 2 lbs this week! =D
OH yeah, and my pants are starting to fit better! Whoo hoo!!
