Gentlemen Start Your Engines!

Alright, I beleive I have gained about 20 lbs this "holiday season". Back In Gear time! Been toying with sporadic gym trips for about a month now. Was slowing down even before that, somewhat due to a rash of minor injuries, nothing that I could not have found a way to work-around. Still slighlty slowed by a sore left shoulder and a well-healing casr of tennis-elbow on the left. I miss strength excercises and the 'glory" muscle work. Will have to re-adjust for another month or so with more core/leg activity.
Started back today by doing a revised Couch to 5k training plan. Would like to complete a 10k this summer/fall. Glad my wife is doing this with me this time. Think I will use the blog as my tracking tool. It is a little less regimented which is cool since I like to switch up the workouts alot.
