Hey everyone. So I haven't been on in a few days. I've really been wanting to focus on getting in shape & losing weight, just like everyone else. But this last 10days have been hard on me.
I'm losing motivation. I don't know where to start. What to eat. I'm just lost.
I've been watching my junk food intake but other than that I've fallen off track.
It's really hard to not want to go home after work & just pass out or relax. I've really got to dig deep to get myself going these past few days.
I don't know why it's so hard. But it is.
Sorry to keep complaining but it's tough, you know?
Anyway, I'll talk to you everyone soon.
