A week ago today I started personal training with a trainer at my gym. I have never worked out so hard in my life, and that includes marathon training. I believe his philosophy is cut from the "near tears/screaming-level of pain" style workouts. He also gave me a diet plan which i have "loosely" been following. Today I got on the scale and I lost 3lbs in a week! Booyah!
