Waiting for the call...

So we joined a gym the other day, and then signed up for personal training. We took the smallest package so it would be affordable, but I'd still have time with someone to learn exercises and get some motivation. If I can afford it later I'll be adding on more sessions. I'm just waiting for the call to schedule our first training (I'm sharing with my friend to split the cost). Yesterday we went to the gym and just did some walking and I ran on the elliptical for a bit. I need to start focusing on my nutrition, which isn't horribly bad, but it could use some work. I also need to drink more water and get back into my sleep schedule which has been off the past couple of weeks due to having company over and adjusting to my school schedule.

Everything is working out. I should have some before and after shots soon and starting today I'm going to be more active on Spark. I'm feeling really good other than being a bit tired, but I know that's mostly due to less sleep than I'm used to and less water. I'm getting on that today too. Off to put the baby down for a nap, the earn some more sparkpoints (I'll be introducing my trainer to spark, so I hope he finds it useful for other clients!!)
