So, I did 15 minutes on the elliptical on a program called "custom" yesterday. The program looked like a pyramid, so it started at ramp "1" and increased to ramp "13" before going back down. I did great, I pushed it and I didn't stop even though I told myself I wanted to...however, I did get a bit lightheaded when I was done, even though I did a cool down by walking a couple of laps. I was starting to get a headache last night so I'm attributing both the headache and the light headedness to dehydration. I know I'm not drinking enough, although I've been doing better. So today I'm not going to the swim class my friend is going to, instead I'm going to focus on water and nutrition for the day. Since I have a bit of a migraine aura this morning, I'll see how I feel tonight. If I feel better I'll hit up the gym then. In my defense, I have made it to the gym 4 times this week, so I know I'm doing good! Still waiting on the personal trainer to call.
