Week 2 of Turbofire and one month consistant Sparking

I wasn't planning on starting Turbofire right away but after finishing the 28 day boot camp, I thought I'd try and give myself a challenge. I never thought in a million years that I would be able to keep up with these extreme workouts, let alone be able to finish them. But here I am into week 2 and I am so surprised at what I can do! I am keeping up, jumping high, and FULL of energy all the way to the end!!!!!
The 28 day boot camp from Spark People definitely works! It got me to a level of fitness that I needed to be to go on to where I wanted to be. You start with only 10 minute video everyday with 30 mins of cardio 5 days and work your way up every week with a few challenges thrown in. I'm sure results vary with every person. In my case it was the kick in the butt I needed. As long are you are consistent, you will get results.
I haven't seen much of a difference in the scale in the last couple of weeks. However, I know I am losing inches and gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so I am not worried in the least about not losing lbs. I have been tracking my food everyday.
I've noticed a difference in everything I do. I sleep better, I feel better, I have more energy in everyday activities. THANK YOU Spark People for keeping me consistent.
