WEEK 4, DAY 5
I have officially completed DAY 26 of this workout challenge and my body feels absolutely fantastic. The DAY 5: Bootcamp Video is really, really relaxing. The stretches you do after the exercise are really, really deep and give you a nice mushy feeling afterward!
Anyways, to sum up my exercise this evening:
- Day 1: Brand New YOU Cardio Kickboxing Video (x2)

LOWER BODY STRENGTH TRAINING
- Day 5: Bootcamp Video
I'm taking it easy this evening because I want to make sure that I start the next week off without any pain. I don't want to feel any pain in my knees so I'm not going to push myself.
After work today I went to the Wingporium with Ana Laura and Domenica and we sat and ate. I ordered two pounds of wings and a coke and Ana Laura helped me out by eating four wings herself. I don't think it was as highly caloric as I was initially fearing, but just in case I'm refraining from having a snack after my workout. If I crash and pass out a little earlier than a Friday evening permits, I'll welcome it gladly!
Tomorrow I plan on making the Recipe of the Week from our new Spark Team, Food on Focus. It's a Black Bean Quesadilla recipe and the feedback from some of the members is extremely positive. I love quesadillas!
I'm off to read and snuggle my kittens for a little while.
