Journey back to fitness.... Day 1

I ran a 10k in October and loved it. I have had a major health set back, but am ready to begin the long road back to healthy and feeling good about my body again. I have started C25k again, its slow going, but I truly believe in the magic of this program, it changed my life before and know it will bring me back to fitness again. I am tracking my food and water and staying focused. I am visualizing running and biking along the beautiful Boise River again....
One thing I know about myself is I need a goal on the horizon and the bigger it is, the more likely I am to dig in and work for it. Even though I am starting again pretty much from ground zero, my goal is to run a half marathon this summer and compete in the McCall triathlon in August 2011.
One day, one step, one choice at a time...
