I was just thinking this morning about my back strain last Wed. which I wrote the extremely long blog about last week! (thanks to those who were so thoughtful and actually read the thing!). anyway, what hit me this morning is the fact that in the past when this has happened, before I lost 30 pounds and started exercising almost everyday, this problem would have layed me up for weeks and I usually ended up in therapy for months also. I am here to tell you, I am almost back to normal in 6 days!!! I do believe this is do to being in much better shape now.
A HUGE BENEFIT OF HEALTHY EATING AND EXERCISE!!!!! I do the dance of joy in this knowledge (well,carefully do the dance of joy)
