My thighs are sore.
My butt is sore.
My obliques are sore.
My upper arms are sore.
Squash is the greatest game ever invented. I’ll be playing tonight for another half an hour before leaving for home. It’s great cardio and you’re lunging and lifting and you don’t even realize how many parts of your body you’re exercising at the same time.
On a more motivated and regimental note, tonight I’ll be doing upper body strength training as well as knocking out as many cardio videos as I can, up to a maximum of four (forty minutes). I plan on doing both the DAY 3 and DAY 6 Bootcamp Videos TWICE – my arms have been the only part of my body that hasn’t been sore the day after, so I’m going to push myself just this once to let those muscles of mine know that THEY ARE BEING TARGETTED, TOO!
Food has been a little spotty today, but I still have a few hundred calories to spare for dinner and one hell of a lot of fruits and vegetables waiting for me at home. I’ll eat a few cups of grapes and an apple, wait half an hour, exercise, and then eat a cup or two of red and orange peppers.
I’m three days past the “end” of the challenge and I’m still going! I’m so proud!
