Week 5 of turbofire

Week Five already?? Had a little set back last week. I had the flu and was forced to take a few days off to recover. High fevers will do that to you. However, as soon as I was feeling better, I was back at it again. This week was still a recovery week for me. I did the workouts but still didn't feel 100%. Finally, I felt my energy was back to normal during yesterday's workout. I am now down a total of 9 lbs and many inches.

Things are going to be busy for me this year. My brother and his fiance just found out that they are having a baby!! Yay on being an aunt again! Which is leading to a June wedding I guess. We are off to Florida in April and possibly Jamaica in November. Not to mention my jump back into the college thing.

Now if I could only get my husband to do this with me! emoticon

    well you know how they say it here in spark do it in baby steps.for your husband if it is to do with his food make little subtle changes here and there with out letting him know.re exercise ween him in slowly.say like going out for a romantic moonlight walk. on nice weather yxou can offer to take him on a pinic and go for a hike somewhere to find the perfect picnic spot.you could go on a bike ride or swimming.you could also bribe him to join you with the lines of if you come with this gym class with me i will treat you to a nice massage when we get home.get the picture.some times men are like little boys and need to be coaxed and teesed to get to do what is good for them.glad you are feeling better.well done on the workouts and being pounds and inches down.you are going to be one fit and healthy aunty and look terrific at your brothers wedding.keep up the good work.
