It's saturday and lots to get done, and I feel like a fish out of water.....
but i did some chair exercise and found out if I go slow I can do a lot....I did walk this morning slower and did not do any sprints but I'm determined not to just sit .....I figure if it is not hurting than it must be okay.....the ice seems to help and not doing to much to fast seems to be the best...
i did a lot of weight training from the chair.....I did try the bike but it was way to slow to mean anything, but I'm trying to get the mind set of something is better than nothing..
for those who don't know and are wondering what is this crazy women talking about I had a slight leg injury...torn muscle on Thursday, not sure how but any way...we are trying to cope and not just become a

Getting the new bedroom set today so I have slowly got the room ready and our bedroom for our new mattress as well..very windy today and both Leah and I are having ear issues.....the wind really bothers my ears.....
but we are coping, try to stay busy. my mind keeps staying to thoughts of chocolate....

    I agree with Sockittome. Do take care of yourself and know that perhaps this is your bodies way of telling you to slow down and take some time to just "chill". ;)

    If you feel you must do something, remember to take it slow, like you're doing. Just because it don't hurt means it's okay. Injuries take time to heal, and you have to give it a chance or you could injure yourself worse.

    Question that just popped into my mind: Are you afraid to sit still? Are you afraid you'll gain weight if you're not moving every minute of every day? Something to ponder, perhaps.

    It really is okay to rest once in a while, especially when you're injured. You have told me that...and it applies to you as well.

    It's windy up here today also. I thought about riding my bike but did a walk instead, and it was hard walking into the wind sometimes. I'm so ready for spring!
