Ready to really hit another round of focused exercise and healthier eating and be involved in Spark.

A friend challenged me to 30 days of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, I made it 6 days. But am ready to do it again, 30 days of one of her workouts, and she has a new DVD coming out on March 1st that looks really good, can't wait to buy it.

I have 15-20# to go to my ultimate goal and I want to be there by my birthday in May, I know I can maintain it once I'm there as I've stayed withing 5 or so pounds these last few months of where I am now after losing 40. I just have to get there.

So it's back to a daily workout, with a allowance of a 1 day a week break if I feel my body needs it. 20" bike ride or 3 mile walk/run daily, as well as 20+ minutes of a workout dvd, depending on what workout I choose. I have the Wii fit too that I find good for yoga or low impact strength training, not so good for aerobics though, at least not for me.
