Time to recommit to eating

I was doing pretty well for a while but it seems in the last two weeks that I've been throwing caution to the wind and not really watching what I am putting into my mouth. Unfortunately, it is sabotaging my weight loss goals. I'm doing the work, but not seeing the results for said work. Which really isn't fair to myself because I have been working so hard!
So today is a new day and I am going to recommit to eating better. Even though I have done pretty well at consistently tracking my food through Spark people, I will have to be more diligent about what and how much I am eating.
