Friday, March 04, 2011

boy did I ever blow it last night, was shopping at the Family Dollar lol and my son who is 17 wanted candy, so he got him candy, when we got home I was hungry and for no reason ate 4 gold bricks and 2 hashes, alone with 2 slice of pizza with a Dr. Pepper. This morning I fill depress because I gave in to this stupit temtation and should of been strong enough to handle. this is really harder then I think but I know I can beat this I know I can its just I have to set my mind to walk the other way when I see junk. I would need to have some healthy snacks in my car for when I need a snack I guess. I don't need the junk its just happens to fall into my mouth and I want a nother one and a nother one till Im overwlem with guilt of eating so much. Lord help me over come this urge to overeat and heal my body

It's over, it's over, that's yesterday. Forget about it, and move on, that's was the biggest thing I had to do.
I do not very often buy any junk food for my house, if it's here, I will eat it.
My kids were deprived also, and you know, they didn't need it. Now another thing I did, if the kids or myself really wanted some junk food, I bought only a serving size. When it was done, I didn't bring it home. More money yes, but less expensive in the calorie department.

You will do it!! Don't get discouraged, just get back up.

THAT'S EXACTLY WHY I MADE THE RULE NO JUNK FOOD IN THE HOUSE. I admit i can not stay away from junk food. it's my down fall.

if they love you they will be happy to make the sacrifice.

Don't beat yourself up, it will make it worse,, trust me I now from experience, just call it a setback, and keep going,, maybe throw a few extra minutes fo exercise in or mkae sure the next decision has extra veggies.. Either way don't let it derail the train!! emoticon emoticon
