I got this idea from Lucy --just so you know I am not being original here---
and here it is!----
For everyday, that I track in my journal, my food diary---and transfer it onto here, (AND I MEAN, THE WHOLE DAY!)-- I will give myself a Gold Star Award.---For the month of March I mean----- then we shall see what we shall see---(or I may have to consult with Lucy again--*S*)-
Maybe this isn't the most original idea to some of you, but for me, I track all day--then I move it all onto here---- then I figure I am done for the day, so, guess what I do then --(now this makes no sense!)--- I GO DOWNSTAIRS AND NIBBLE!-
So-----starting to-day--no nibbling post journaling----- and then I get a Gold Star Award--from myself to myself-!!!
After all, a gal's got to do what a gal's got to do---to get thinner!
