Hi:
Thanks for the encouragement. I lost another 2 lbs, and I'm down 8 lbs now from the first of February. Not doing too much differently - just drinking lots of water, exercising every day (today it was shoveling snow in 3 places). Main thing is cutting way back on snacks, and little or nothing after 7:00 pm. Blessings, Larry - emoticon emoticon
