I am just not pleased with myself over the last few days. I always seem to find a reason to want to eat. I am a big emotional eater. Any emotion I feel... I eat.
I eat when I'm stressed, sad, happy (have to celebrate, right?)
I also am a mindless eater. I will just eat without even thinking about it.
NEEDS TO STOP.
Going to try and start tracking my food along with my feelings and how many times I eat. Hopefully I will stick with it.
