Week 1 (Restart) Day 1 - 5K Walk/Jog Program

I started week 1 over after being sick most of last week.

It went pretty well today. I didn't push too hard. I still have some residual sinus problems. My husband pushed the stroller. We did 1.39 miles in 29 minutes. I had to ask him to slow down near the end. Him and his long legs!

Tomorrow is water aerobics and then swimming lessons for the little guy. emoticon
