Dear Self,

You need to eat if you want to work out. Food is fuel. Get over it and eat. Unless you want to spend the rest of your life not having the energy to do anything... kind of like before when you weighed 240 pounds and ate only junk food. Moderation is your friend. See you in the kitchen.
