So, due to laziness, forgetfulness, and technical difficulties I only just uploaded Saturday's run to Runkeeper as I was uploading last night's run before going to bed yesterday. Anyway, here's the run-down (pun? haha).

Distance = 6.75 mi
Duration = 1:05:26
Average Pace = 9:42
Condition = RAINY!!! After 5 minutes, everything I was wearing was soaked and I probably weighed at least 5 pounds heavier.

Distance = 6.20 mi
Duration = 58:00
Average Pace = 9.21
Condition = RAINY AGAIN!!! It was definitely worse than Saturday's run. Also, after about 1/2 hour the temperature dropped at least 10 degrees and fog started rolling in. Ugh!
Yesterday to boost my Calories up so I cold hit the minimum, I added an extra scoop of protein powder to the shake I was planning on making. Instead of having it after dinner, I had it when I got home from work because I was going to make a late dinner instead of an early one. My god this shake was SO THICK! I had to add as much water as my personal smoothie blender could fit in it without overflowing! It was so filing that I was scared that during my run 2 hours later I would get sick, but luckily that wasn't the case. Even so, the smoothie was DELICIOUS (I added strawberries to it and the result was that it tasted like a strawberry shortcake ice cream bar)!
After dinner (8oz of pork tenderloin = a LOT) I was still way under for my Calories. I finished the last heaping tablespoon of peanut butter in the fridge and that put me right in my range.
I just finished eating a wrap for lunch - a can of tuna mixed with olive oil mayo, then distributed between two romaine lettuce leaves and wrapped up. I had a huge bag of probably 1-1.5 cups of sliced raw mushrooms and now I am so full I'm going to pop! Funny thing is that the lunch was only around 250 Calories! Man, protein and veggies are filling even without bread or starch!

Shocking!
Tonight I have a Yelp event to go to, kicking off Cincinnati Restuarant Week. I plan on having whatever hors d'oeuvres handed out that don't have too many carbs, as well as one glass of red wine. Workout today is 30 minutes on my stationary bike, as well as upper body strength-training.
Busy busy Thursday... can't wait for the weekend!
