Hi:
I'm still down 8 lbs since the first of February, and today will workout on the treadmill and weights and do floor exercises. I'll also drink lots of water, and seek to keep carbs low.     We all need our plan! And to stick with it! Larry, you are motivating me. I wish I had more time to work out, but I think I do pretty well with the time I have. I like getting up early when no one else is awake and doing my workouts.
