After following my nutrition plan pretty well all week, and walking almost every day, I got on the scale this morning and GAINED 8 LBS!!!! I'm SO TIRED of trying hard to do this, and being disappointed every week!
So I went this afternoon and joined a gym! Am hoping with the variety of workout choices I have there will help me! I have an appointment there on Tuesday to have an assessment done, and get a workout regimen that is designed for my needs!
Since it's about a 30 minute drive to get there, and with the cost of gas these days, I plan on going 3 days a week, and doing my walking on the days I don't go!
My hopes are that since this is something I am actually paying money for, I will take advantage of it! Wish me luck!
