Could everyone please...

I would just love it if everyone could just please get off my back now, when I say I'm doing low-carb or when I get full-fat dairy instead of low fat anything.

It is not bad for me. It is not going to hurt my kidneys. It is not going to put me into ketoacidocis (not to be confused with Ketosis). It does NOT make you fat to eat fat. I don't NEED an excess of carbohydrates to function.
Excessive carbohydrates are what got me 150+lbs overweight.
I have PCOS and I'm insulin resistant. So, all of you skinny people that don't struggle with those things and can eat at mcdonalds every day and not gain weight, can shut the heck up because I promise that you don't know WHAT you're talking about...

Just educate yourself before you open your fool mouth.

    i have actually ordered one of everthing off of the taco bell menu. and when they look at me with a smirk and say is this to eat here or to go . i answer to go and when the order is ready and she is still giggling i tell her btw when you grow up and have children and stress you too will be this size then shove a hand full of fries in my mouth and leave. I am WORRIED ABOUT ONE THING.. does being skinny make you stupid? lol -

    What everyone doesn't get is that each one of our bodies process things differently. What makes me fat may not make you fat. And what you are eating and losing weight with may make me gain. I've struggled with this for years and am just now figuring out a calories in vs. out that allows my body to let go of the extra weight. Good for you for finding a plan of action that makes you happy. After all, at the end of the day, if you aren't happy with your weight loss plan then you won't stick with it!

    I agree a low carb thing is not a bad thing. I too am insulin resistant, just remember if you have sugar to link it with protein and have some cinnamon it helps your body process the sugar.
