Eeek..March where are you going??

March is flyinggg by for me...I swear it was just Feb. the other day! And i hafta admit I am not as on track with exercise as I wanted to be this month...but its not over yet!!! emoticon

I am starting TurboFire tomorrow and I'm excited to get into it. I'm also continuing to add in Chalean Extreme in for strength trainin. ..AND I decided once the weather FINALLY starts getting nicer out, I'm going to TRY to do C25k. I am a little intimidated by this because i don't know if i can do it...but i want to give it my best shot!! I was an athlete when I was younger doing field hockey and soccer...So hopefully I can train and work my way up with running...we will see ahhhh emoticon

Ooh I hafta say also...since January I've been using flaxseed daily, i mix some in my yogurt daily and LOVE it...but i LOVEEE the benefits even more. It helps your skin nails and hair...let me tell ya! My nails alwayyys have broke from being too weak...but my nails are soo nice and long and healthy!!! And my hair has definitely grown faster and is so healthy I love it. So i definitely recommend adding some ground flaxseed into your diet emoticon

Hopefully I can get back into the swing of things starting tomorrow and kick some butt the last few weeks of March so I can get out of the 190s!!! yeaahhh.
