Blog #21 - I can almost see Onderland!
So today I weighed in and lost 1.8lbs. I passed the 50lbs lost mark! YAY! SO yes my ticker says I only have about 12lbs left to lose but that is until 199. My plan once I hit 199 is to change it up. I will have to eat more as I will be pushing my 5k training into high gear.
I have been running at lunch and I feel so good. I have figured out the reason I love it so much. While running, all I can think about is running. The next step. Pushing myself to go farther/faster.
I called our company EAP (Employee Assistance Plan) and made an appointment to see a counsellor.
I have discovered I have huge (H-U-G-E) abandonment issues. I have beeen working hard to try to find the love and acceptance I need from inside myself but then my closest girl friend moves away. Then my close friend goes away for 20 days. I was overwhelmed with panic. That is when I decided that I needed to see someone.
So Monday I go. Today I'm going to run at lunch. My body loves it.
