Not giving up!

Wow. It has been a whole year since I have been active on SparkPeople. My weight is back up where it used to be. How frustrating. I want to be slim by the time I am 30, but I am turning 29 in May, so I am running out of time. I am trying the Diet Solution for protein types. It is making a lot of sense and working slowly. Not quite the dramatic initial weight loss I was hoping for, but I feel satisfied all the time and level emotionally. I am understanding my body more and how my body reacts differently to different types of food. My mom is a carb type and can lose weight eating more carbs and less fat, while I do best on lots of healthy protein and fats, but few grains and no sugar.
