Sunday - Is my rest day
Monday - Arms and core
Tuesday - Run
Wednesday - Run at lunch and arms
Thursday - Run at lunch and core
Friday - Run at lunch and arms
Saturday - Legs

I'm not sure what all the arms exercises are. I do them with my husband :) Core is planks and crunches. Legs are hamstring and some other ones.
