Hi:
I'm officially down 11 lbs now since the first of February. I'm up to 3 workouts a week on the treadmill, weights and floor exercises - moving toward 4 or 5 a week. Still drinking lots of water, watching my portions, and no eating after 7:30 pm of any kind - blessings, and hang in there - Larry - emoticon emoticon
ps - we still have 10 ft of snow in our front and back yards, but we're hoping winter is done with us - it's been quite a challenge since moving to the mountains of California from Chicago area last June
