Motivation 1 on 1

Sometimes we all need some form of motivation. My motivation is not only the weight slowly dropping but the feeling I get when I've reached my goal. I set small personal goals on a daily basis.
My goal today is to "GET UP AND MOVE"
Even if it's to vacuum, wash dishes or run up and down the basement steps to do laundry...I need to move!
I have bad habits that can easily start reappearing in my daily routine...one being sitting in front of the computer for hours playing my favorite games and reading! If I can incorporate my bad habits into the good habits I'm attempting to do; then and only then will this weight loss journey start looking better for me. This blog is "APPROVED" by ME!!!
