73d day (11th week)

53.3 kg!!! Only 1.1 kg left till my goal ^__^
It was a pleasant surprise, because I had been off the track for a few days last week.
I'm very happy for my journey, but on the other hand I look at my body and understand that simple weight loss won't be enough, because I have a LOT of fat anyway. I need to lose fat (not weight) and gain muscle.
I'm on Power 90 program now, I'll see if that helps.
