Ugh...

Wednesday, March 30, 2011

Getting frustrated... I've been trying so hard to fit in my exercise, and I've gained quite a bit of weight in the last 3 days... like 7 pounds! There is sometihng very wrong with that!! I guess it will be hard work for the next couple days to get back to a decent weigh-in for Saturday!

Life is still crazy busy... Testing starts next Tuesday, finished on Thursday, and then my life can go back to normal, I hope.

Have a great Wednesday, and a fabulous rest of the week!

Well today is Friday so maybe now things will get back on track for you. I hope the tests went well - I'm sure you are glad they are finished. Have a great weekend. Try to find time to destress and back to your health related goals. emoticon emoticon emoticon

You can do it! I read an article from Spark a couple days ago that said that small amounts of exercise really add up. Maybe you could fit a few quick workouts in in a day.

Stress can cause weight gain... esp. water weight... so don't worry too much about this little setback. In your busy schedule, maybe you're also taking in extra sodium (hidden sodium is very easy to consume when we "grab" food here & there)

    Hang in there... emoticon
