Spring Cleaning and Prioritizing......

I Started the week off good with healthy eating and exercising, and as the week went on my exercising seemed to stop. Im so tired of this!!! Grr I hate exercising and always have, but ive come to realize i hate being overweight even more than exercising. With that in mind ive decided to do a little bit of spring cleaning, which means emptying the pantry and cupboards of all the junk that i turn to when i have my cravings. Ive also decided since i spend way too much time on the computer, that its time to move it on out of my living area and replace it with my exercise bike that just seems to get covered with junk instead of being used. I hope that changing my priotities around a little bit will make things much easier, to exercise, to lose weight, and be happier with myself. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I love this plan!!! Good for you!!! I have several things going at my house in the next two months and HAVE to get cleaning and yardwork done!!! Its going to have to be a priority but I love these ideas of being able to support my other goals and integrating them all! I love your username by the way!!

    Hi there,
    I know what your saying the word exercise to me makes feel like omg do I have too.
    But I knwo it is important, It is a great idea to spring clean and reoganize your home, I am aming to do the same thing This weekend is a weekend of transforming for me. My sone is moving into the basement suite this weekend so I will have way more room in my upper suite Plus and extra room now that I turn to work out room.
    But don't forget that cleaning ,moving around furniture etc when you are spring cleaning is a form of exercise, I usually find I burn more calories whne I do a full top to bottom clean once or twice a week.( I have animals in the house) so clening is non stop for me. But the fitness tracker has heavy cleaning as exercise I figure If I am sweating while I cleaning it is for sure heavy cleaning. I hope that helps a bit I find if I don't think of what I am doing as exercise it is easier to do like talking a walk as well

    I am with you on this one. I have never been an active person, but I've never been this heavy. I was never heavy as a child and this extra weight I have has been accumulated in six years. Great job for moving your computer out of the area. I have to do the same thing with mine.
