Back on track and...

Having stepped on the scale this morning, I feel much better about myself now that my weight has officially returned to what it was last week – and then some! This morning the scale read 173 lbs, .5 lbs less than my weigh-in last week. I am overjoyed at this development and am looking forward to spending forty-five minutes on the stationary bike tonight to help turn that .5 into a full 1 lb loss.

In other news:

Early in 2010, I noticed that my hair was changing. While it used to be thick and vibrant, it had suddenly lost its luster and was beginning to feel limp and thin. I have been fixated on the condition of my hair ever since and have tried many shampoos and vitamin supplements to help support thickness and new growth. Ultimately, I have been unsuccessful.

Last night, though, as I was fooling around on Facebook, I came across the following company and their product:

On Facebook, the company profile is populated by many different consumers who have lots of questions about the product. There were also customers testifying to the effectivity of the product – some saw results in as little as a few weeks while others (one woman in particular) were frustrated that, at three months, they had not yet seen new hair growth. It has a 92% satisfactory rating which, to me, is fairly amazing.

The more I read about this product, the more I feel like ordering it. If you have the time, please click the link and read through the information provided and let me know what you think.

Now that that is out of the way, I must hold myself accountable for something:

The Week 2 Inter-Team Challenge (ITC) for The Biggest Loser Challenge was to do a single set of an exercise each and every time you go to the washroom. I was beginning to see some real definition in my arms after a week of continuous wall push-ups and so I want to endeavour to continue doing this. Now that I have made this public news, hopefully I will keep it up as well as I did the first time around.

Thank you so much for reading and, as always, please have a wonderful day and good luck with your weight-loss journey!
