I'm a little bummed because I was messing around with the Sparkpeople system to see if I could match the calories burned to be proportionate to what I was eating. I thought resetting my goals would fix that. However, it erased EVERYTHING that I have entered for the last 3 months. Boo on me for not checking into a little more before clicking on the button. Oh well. emoticon It doesn't change the hard work that was done. I think that I need to look at what I am eating more closely because I seem to be burning WAY more than what Sparkpeople recommends. Therefore, I am thinking that I probably should be eating more? Doing a little research to find out. Want to make sure that I am getting everything I need for fuel and nutrients. You only have one body and you have to take care of it!

    I've been wondering about this too. I've been at the same weight for three weeks now, and i've been burning a lot more than what's been recommended. I think I need to add an afternoon snack. I should also get a HRM.

    I made the mistake of adding additional exercise in my routine without putting it in my schedule in the cardio setup section. I was definintely burning more than what I was eating and my body just couldn't keep up. Hope you find your happy medium!

    Girl I totally have had times where I need to up my calories with how hard I work out. It's such a hard line to find- not too much but yet enough to fuel our bodies so they don't think we're starving. What are you thinking as far as how much to add? Do you have a HRM or some way to get a general idea of what your are burning?

    If you are burning more than Sparkpeople recommends then you definitely need more calories.

    That's an awesome attitude you have there! One of the great things about sparkpeople is that is making me more aware of nutrition and not just losing weight. You go girl!
