Well I mentioned our declining financial status before more times that I guess people can stand. Ha! We have stretched everything to cover the important things. Electric, Mortgage, trustee, medications and important utilities.
We were behind on our Internet, Phone and Cable which we get all from one company. I can't really put that in a necessity column. We were scheduled to be cut off last week. There is a competitor that we would figure we could try and it is much cheaper. We signed up last Saturday and hook up everything.
My husband went to get a box from their office a "red flag" came up on a bill I had over 6 years ago. I had put it in our bankruptcy even. They told us unless we pay the past bill which is over $200. They would disconnect us today. The people at this new office were very rude. This "new" company going to terminate I will lose the internet, phone and cable.
Now when I went to disconnect our old service they offered us the best package even cheaper than what we left for. So I called the to see about reconnecting back with them. They aren't due out until Wednesday. Also we still owe them a past bill which I am just waiting for the other shoe to drop.
I am posting this late because I have been doing some calls to see how to resolve it. With my husband test that still are not back he can't work. The next money we will get is a small LTD I get on April 28 th. Even then I am not sure I will be able to get that bill paid.
So I really wanted to sort of make this blog sort of special. The story is a good one to keep in mind. I know a lot of us take anything said to us as the "truth" or take it to heart. Please keep a copy for when ever you need a pick me up.
This Video I found very inspiring. Book mark it to be able for you to replay when ever you need it.

**** The Gift of Insults ****
by: Author Unknown
There once lived a great warrior. Though quite old, he still was able to defeat any challenger. His reputation extended far and wide throughout the land and many students gathered to study under him.
One day an infamous young warrior arrived at the village. He was determined to be the first man to defeat the great master. Along with his strength, he had an uncanny ability to spot and exploit any weakness in an opponent. He would wait for his opponent to make the first move, thus revealing a weakness, and then would strike with merciless force and lightning speed. No one had ever lasted with him in a match beyond the first move.
Much against the advice of his concerned students, the old master gladly accepted the young warrior's challenge. As the two squared off for battle, the young warrior began to hurl insults at the old master. He threw dirt and spit in his face. For hours he verbally assaulted him with every curse and insult known to mankind. But the old warrior merely stood there motionless and calm. Finally, the young warrior exhausted himself. Knowing he was defeated, he left feeling shamed.
Somewhat disappointed that he did not fight the insolent youth, the students gathered around the old master and questioned him. "How could you endure such an indignity? How did you drive him away?"
"If someone comes to give you a gift and you do not receive it," the master replied, "to whom does the gift belong?"
