I have been working my way back from a lack of motivation for exercising over the past couple of months. I was just hitting my stride again when I was sidelined by a pretty serious sinus infection.
Over the past couple of weeks, I have been dealing with a motion sickness like queasiness, painful headaches, nausea and major pressure behind my eyes. After 2 doctor visits and a few meds, I hope I am now on the road to recovery.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get many workouts in because of this.
I do hope to start back up either tomorrow or Sunday.
Working through the obstacles life throws at me has made me a stronger person.
I'll be back to kick A*S*S in no time.
