Hey ya'll. I just wanted to give you an update on what's going on.
I have been working on better eating habits and have been doing pretty good with it. Especially when it comes to portion control. Also, I have been going to the gym. I joined planet fitness recently and I LOVE it. The atmosphere, the people, and even the equipment makes it awesome. There is a class where the instructor gives you an idea of what workout would work best based on what you want to work on. And they have classes to teach you how to use the machines. And the machines have pictures/instructions to make sure you're using it properly. As for the other equipment everyone wipes it off when they're done using it and there are people there of all shapes and sizes. I have to say this is the first gym I joined and will probably be the only one. I love going and I look forward to going. I can't wait for my next trip, probably won't be til monday because of my weird/hectic schedule this weekend. But I plan on working out! I honestly never thought I'd be the person who goes to a gym, who likes going, and has FUN. I am gonna make my workouts fun.
Here I was on the stationary bike and on my ipod I have a song, that I LOVE, but it reminds me of a lost love, but when it came on I couldn't help but make myself pedal longer to put the hurt into the back of my mind and enjoy the song. I was able to push myself to go longer, pedal harder, and get my BPM(beats per min) up to my target to get the fat burning and heart benefits. It felt GREAT. My endorphines were flowing and I was in a fabulous mood for the rest of the evening. Needless to say, I'm not feeling as sore as I was on day 1. This was on day 4 or 5 and I wasn't too sore.
It's awesome and I'm very happy that I joined this gym!
